This little has been given me trouble. I had to reroot after it rotted out on me but I watered propagated & it grew awesome roots back in August. I wanted to use a 50/50 mix of soil & orchid bark, I also through in warm casting, perlite & vermiculite/pumice but all the soil just moves to the bottom. I figured to just remove the soil but I've never not used some soil in any of my plants before?
I just don't want it to get root rot again. What should I do? Any advice would be appreciated.

Ditch the soil and just get this substrate mix.

In my experience, Thai cons tend to get root rot very easily compared to any other monstera. I personally wouldnt remove the soil. Your problem is that the bark is way too big. I recommend removing some of the bark, try adding smaller bark pieces or break up the ones you have now. I would add other substrates that are of different sizes and shapes such as large perlite or pumice, coco chips, coco coir/soil/tree fern.
