Hard to tell from these pics but it looks a lot like common liverwort Marchantia polymorpha.
The spores spread like crazy and it behaves very ‘weedy’ in greenhouses/nurseries.

Thalloid liverwort I believe. It’s sweet, looks like an alien-ish moss. I had to buy that stuff on eBay lol.

Looks like a liverwart to me.
