दोस्तों, मैंने कभी नहीं सोचा था कि मटर उगाना इतना आसान। यह तरीका देखिए। सबसे पहले पैकेट वाली मटर निकाल कर एक कटोरे में डालिए। अब उसमें पानी भर दीजिए और इसे 10 से 12 घंटे ऐसे ही छोड़ दीजिए। जब मटर अच्छे से फूल जाए, कटोरे से पानी निकाल दीजिए। अब गमले की मिट्टी में हल्का सा पानी डालें और चार से पांच मटर के दाने एक साथ रखकर मिट्टी से हल्का ढक दें। ऊपर से थोड़ा सा भूसा या सूखी घास डाल दें ताकि नमी बनी रहे। 4 से 5 दिन में मटर अंकुरित होकर बाहर आने लगेगी।
