Monstera Thai variegata becomes yellow

Hello,

I have had this monstera Thai variegata for two months, I haven’t changed the pot nor the soil yet, and I’ve noticed that the tiny leaves are becoming all yellow as you can see on the picture.

I’m watering her once every two weeks. She gets light behind sheer curtains at around a meter from the window.

What could I do to save her ? Should I change the pot, give more or less light ? I have no idea.
