A few weeks ago I noticed the leaf(?) in the middle foreground curled and browning. I made the mistake of pulling on it and it seemed to split and its kind of squishy . The other leaves seem ok, but I'm worried about the rot spreading. Can I do anything to save it or prevent the rot?

Is it fungus? Try rubbing a little bit of cinnamon on the dark parts, I’ve done so cinnamon is a natural fungicide it worked fir mine.
