I have this pretty old euphorbia green trigona I think or a hybrid of some sort but anyways I just acquired it and it’s starting to get these black marks , I haven’t been covering it which I probably should have idk , but do you think it’s from the cold weather? or is it fungal or disease? And should I treat with a systemic? I live in Southern California but the night temps have been getting down to the mid 30s at the lowest but never hit freezing yet

The black spots are not mushy and the whole plant it firm to the touch and was very neglected before I got it, under a porch with little sun or water
