Hi
I planted this new lawn of Sir Grange Zoysia in Sydney at the end of September (ie Spring), and it’s now early December.
I watered it heavily, per advice, for the first 5 weeks and it was going really well.
However just in the past week it’s developed some significant dead/brown patches. I’ve mowed it twice.
Any ideas please?

Looks like it’s burning up. Zoysia will go dormant before it flat out dies. Deep water it for a day or two. Get your hands on some magnus to help break the hydrophobia
