    Laura!! – this is exactly what regular people like me are dealing with, no budget to go buy matching anything, making do with what's on hand, skipping some groceries to buy paint, one of your most relatable videos yet! Thank you for sharing a 'make it do or do without' video for those of us going through non-ideal Christmas preparations.

    Suggestion for next year: maybe do a very large one that sits in the middle of the gate but make it so that the gates can open with half of the wreath on one side and the other half on the other side…. when it closes, they match up!!

    I love making wreaths! Yours are gorgeous and you make it look so easy. I sometimes gather supple branches and sticks from trees and shrubs and make my wreath forms with them, shaping the sticks into a circle and wrapping with paddle wire. I save them and reuse.

    I would have moved it 4 bars to the center so that the curve of the wreath aligns with the curve of the gate
