   Why not resurface that weathered wood. Wouldn't that be kinda pointless to reglaze on wood that looks like its rotting.

   My mother’s old shotgun house had wood windows with weights. I glazed many a window…not perfectly at the time, but good enough☺️

   Didn’t have window glazing in a caulking tube back in the day. I had to use putty and roll it out…not nearly as easy🥲
