Hey all,
I’ve had this pepper plant for a number of years and want to try and save'er/ help it through Winter and eventually Spring.
It's never done amazingly since I've been in apartments for the most part, though last year I found myself in a space where I could give it more outdoor time during the warmer months. It's looking pretty rough right now with yellowing leaves, a lot of dieback, and what seems to be a pest issue. Winter is pretty much here where I am, so I’m not sure what the best move is at this point (prune, repot, fertilize, let it go dormant, etc.).
I’m pretty novice with gardening, so any simple guidance would be appreciated.
As for the tiny bugs on it- I’ve been treating it with neem oil regularly, but not sure if I’m handling pests correctly.
Thanks in advance!
