    Edible ferns. I used to pick thise from
    the backyard under coconut trees, esp after a night of rain. The young leaf stalks come out which are the ones to eat. We just blanch it and season with salt, lemon juice, tomatoes vinegar, onions as a salad. Most special is mixing in broiled grated coconut. Yummy, U kiss this salad so much.
