Ha. Lantana loves to be abused.
With scissors or a knife, shave the woody part off of the stem. Where you want it, disrupt 4″ deep or so of dirt, then stick the stem in the dirt. Water. Step on dirt. Cover dirt with leaves. All you have to do then is give it the bird every-time you walk by.
If you want 4 lantanas, you can easily cut that piece into 4 then follow the above steps.

I have very successfully propagated Lantana in water. No reason you couldn’t turn this into a few plants.

I wouldn’t worry, it’s about to go dormant for winter and you’ll end up pruning it back anyways. It’ll explode next summer
