THE Penketh and Sankey Gardening Society is hosting a Christmas celebration at its meeting on December 4.
The event will feature quizzes, festive nibbles, and a performance by singers Mike and Heather Hall, including carols.
The society will meet at the Olive Tree on Chapel Road, Penketh, from 7pm.
Admission is £2 for members and £5 for visitors, which includes light refreshments.
Annual membership is £15.
