Amazon be like – raise the price, drop it $3, call it 38% off

I was looking at this leaf blower on Amazon during the Cyber Monday sale, but the price graph made the discount look kinda sketchy.

The price actually went down to $64.98 from september to october and during november 4th (which is 10 days before the black friday sale) the price went upto $99 and fluctuated till the sale date, and during the sale the price is $61.74 with just $3 lesser than previous price, the only difference is previously there wasn't a 38% off tag & "cyber monday deal" tag. Found the price history using the Buyhatke Chrome extension.

So now I’m wondering if $61.74 is actually a good buy for this leaf blower, or whether I should just wait a bit more and see if it drops below that again.
