They’re sunflowers, so they’re beautiful, and I wouldn’t touch them. If you’re in the Northern hemisphere and going into winter right now, they likely will not survive or flower, unless you live in a particularly warm region. They are annuals, so it’s not something that will come back year after year from the same roots, but they do self-seed well if they survive.
