I found the smallest leaf on my Alocasia Frydek drooping. I checked the stem and found this. I freaked out and cut the leaf and stem off. Any idea what this is and if it'll spread to my other plants? I tried a Google search and can't figure it out. Thank you all in advance for your help.

Mechanical damage something scratched the petiole and the plant repaired it.
That just looks like something scraped the stem and it callused over, but the stem was likely drooping because it lost a lot of moisture before the callus formed on a scrape that long.
