For those at home, this appears to be a prop of a very large monstera that was possibly on a moss pole or climbing up a tree… your leggy bald headed monstera WILL NOT look like that anytime soon just because you bought a coco coir pole!

No need for moss pole if you put those aerial roots back in the pot! A stake will do because it’s still getting plenty of nutrients and water from below.
