I think your long cascade and one, maybe 2 of the tops would make some good bones for a bonsai. The last three tops before the long cascade branch have some nice flowing lines

I like this. I would honestly leave what you have. I would wire the two branches on the right and bring them down a bit to create a more triangular shape. I would focus on each branch as its own small tree. Almost gives you a raft style with a cascade.
