Good morning everybody. It’s a beautiful day today and we are heading to Saitama, right? Yes, we’re in Saitama. Saitama, right? Saitama. Yeah, I almost missed. Yeah. How’s your cookie? Good. Then use the left lane to turn slightly left. There’s two main cities kind of north and south of Tokyo. As you guys know, there’s Yokohama and then north is Saitama. And we’re in Saitama because there’s a really big like the largest I think in this part of the whole of Japan tool shop like used tool shop and you guys love the last time we’ve been to those and checked them out and Yugo’s recently all into tools and everything. He’s got his own little like kids tool set at home and he fixes everything around the house. It’s great. Um but yes, we’re going to the tool shop, right, mate? You excited about that? Yeah. Yep. Let’s go. It’s big. It’s really big. It’s huge. Pretty stuff. has a lot more other things that’s not tools. A what car? Yeah. All right, we’re going to the tool shop. Today’s coffee choice is um what is it? An espresso avocado like kind of frappe, but I always ask for an extra espresso shot and it just makes it perfect. I don’t know if an espresso avocado exists anywhere else. So maybe it’s just a Japan thing. I don’t know. But it’s good. Oh yeah, check this out. This rare commodity, a plastic straw. This one’s actually a biodegradable one, so I think it’s better for the environment. But still, this scene is becoming even more popular. A Ford Explorer in Japan has a family. Barely fitting under a freaking mansion in Japan. It barely fits. But what’s even funnier is the number plate. 69. Nice. Oh my gosh. Okay, this place is huge. They even have their own Oh my god, that PE sign is so cute. Oh, that is cute. It’s like a little shrine parking sign. But look at the big like little impact driver. You see them, you the big impact driver on the roof and the tools. He has no idea what’s going on. Look at all the Look at all the ladders. I probably You know what? We brought the smallest car here. That’s why I asked if we needed a cave in. Oh my god, this place is huge. I’m so stoked. Look at the mini old school vending machine. The vending machine has also the thing on the back. Oh, the little rouch on top. Yeah, dude. That’s actually really cool. I like that. I was looking at the old Coca-Cola ones. See them over there? The old old ones. How cool are they? I can’t get over how cool the little uh sign is that they have with all the massive tools. Isn’t that awesome, Yugo? Yeah. So cool. So, this place is called Act Tool. Oh my god. They do have a little like Australian kind of sign. There’s like American stuff there. Chinese stuff there. And then the good old Skippy. That’s cool. That’s cool. Route 66, too. Let’s go inside. He’s so excited. this. That would be cool. But I think we’re just going to end up getting a forklift. Yeah. Look at these cool old Coca-Cola vending machines. I don’t know how the heck where they are they getting these things on the top now. I don’t know. Someone probably sold it to them. You know what? I want to get one of these hot the hot pressure cleaners out the front of our shop and then we can just like let people come and wash their cars with it. A hot pressure cleaner is a game changer. Yeah. Little shrine roofs. Yeah. depending where you’re driving. Look, Hugo, look at the big the big impact driver. [Music] Look at Oh my gosh, inside’s crazy. Just for height comparison, 63, 193 cm tall, still taller than me. This is awesome. All of this stuff out the front’s for sale, too. Usually the really cheap like good deals you can find out here. And it’s like, you know, kind of stuff that needs either repair or it’s got like a noisy bearing and stuff like that. It’s cool. Good pallet jacks. It’s hard to find old school pallet jacks cuz they don’t make them this good anymore. Anyways, let’s go inside. Oh my gosh. Look, you go. Dude, this place is massive. Oh, there’s a second floor, too. Yeah. Wow. Look at these portable aircons. These run off gas. Like little inset I look gas operated ones. Yeah, this is this is really good. All the little drill bits. I’m going to probably grab a couple of these. Dude, a dollar. Maybe we need to buy a not a winter slipper, but like a proper grass line. Oh yeah, it’d actually be good to get one for home, dude. Look at all of these. Damn. Yo, 22,000 Japanese yen. That’s like like 160 bucks now. US. Wow. Guys, I’m just going to stick to the Japanese yen rate. Please just use Google and type in what I say in Japanese yen. And then if you just say like 22,000 JPY in USD, Google will automatically do the trans um the exchange for you. But damn, so much used stuff here. [Applause] This is actually really cool. Look at the band saws. Oh man. Woah, woah, woah, woah, woah. Be careful. Be careful. I don’t want you to break a toe again. For those of you that don’t know, that is literally what happened. May broke her toe. Uh, one of these discs for the floor cleaner at the shop, fell off like the tabletop, and landed like this on her foot. And that is a lot of weight. Very painful. How’s the recovery going? Uh, it was doing okay until you jumped on it. Yeah, you jumped on it yesterday. This is such a cool shop. It’s very spacious, too. Oh my gosh. Some of these electric winches are kind of wild. Whoa. Pumpkins. Dang. block and tackles, too. One ton this one. I actually really want one of these hung from one of the beams in the shop. I feel like it’d just be a really good thing to have in case we ever need to lift anything really heavy like drums of E85 and stuff like that. Nani nani pumpkin pumpkin. It’s a little old for Halloween decorations, dude. This is their thing for testing the welders. Yeah. And then this is their thing for Oh, no. Wait. They have it up the front. They have this thing of concrete. Let’s look at some of these beads that some people have been laying. Yeah. I mean, all right. [Music] I have never seen concrete mixes like this until I came to Japan. In um America or like in Australia, we have like this big thing that’s like upright that’s just like a rolling big barrel. Yeah. Some cultivators and stuff there. Wait, is that a Makita bike? Is it electric? It is. Okay, this is kind of cool. What? Just the battery. It just takes the normal battery, too. That’s kind of funny. Let’s I don’t know. I want to know what the price tag is, May. It’s 288,000 Japanese yen. That’s like 2500 USD. No. Absolutely no. No. Absolutely no. If there was an SP tools one, then yes. Oh my god. Look at the size of this drill bit. It’s huge. You go be careful. But this is like Do you want to hold this? You want to be careful? It’s like it’s height. It’s massive. Yeah, battery goes in there. I never understand why like tool boxes or any kind of metal boxes are so expensive. This stainless steel box is 45,000 Japanese yen. So that’s like, you know, $370 US maybe for this. That’s a lot. It’s pretty expensive for just a simple box. I think this is probably what they use for big blocks to get the pulley off. This thing is massive. Look at all the vice grips. I’ve actually been wanting some of these for a while. Might be a good time to get them. How much are these? The price should be written on here, but there’s nothing here. Huh. And I can’t read this handwriting at all. Pa, what’s this say? Paya. I got the plyier part right, but there’s no price written on these. I want these two, but I there’s no price. Oh, there they are. 880 yen. That’s super cheap. I’m going to get two of these. I’ve always wanted these for the shop. Hang on a second. Isn’t this like This is like a portable air conditioner unit. This would be so cool to have at FD. It’s very expensive. I mean, this is a used price at 55,000 Japanese yen. So, like $450. But you could use this to like, you know, have this set up so that when I come in in the pits, this is just blowing ice cold AC into the car and cooling it down. And then the exhaust comes out the back. I have seen these a fair bit on social media recently. Be a cool thing to have. Yo, look at this jackhammer. Oh my god, that thing’s a beast. And then look at all these. Oh wow, that’s that’s for like a lathe or something. That big vice. Some of these are really nice actually. Like for um uh like drill presses or um like bridgeport little mills and stuff. Nice old school vice there. Oh, the concrete vibrator. These things are so funny. Some nice drill presses. Oh, this is called mikun. Or maybe it’s miki because that’s like I thought that was a border for the logo, but maybe that’s meant to be an eye and kind of the logo. This thing needs some love though. This one it’s not too bad. This one looks good. That one looks like my dad’s old one. Actually, it looks very similar. Oh, that’s a really nice vice. Yeah. How much is it? Yeah. 25,000 yen. That’s not bad. What’s this? It’s like a little It’s kind of like a little band saw in a way. A jigsaw maybe. I’m not sure how what what it would be called. Yeah. But essentially, you feed like small plates through there. And this oscillates up and down like a jigsaw. A band saw would be the band that rotates. Otherwise, it should have got this thing. Yeah. The pipe grabber down the bottom. You spin it around. That’s actually a really nice vice. Super nice. This thing’s massive moving crane that goes on the beam and rotate like runs along the beam on the roof. Must have a bunch of these at his shop. He’s so into it. I got tons of those already. I I whenever I need like a really large socket for a weird drive shaft thing, they always have them here. What is that? It’s a Korean drone. Really? I have no idea what that tool is. It’s weird. It’s cool. Tons of clamps. You ever need any clamps? G clamps or whatever you need, come and get them. Cclamps. Wait, is this a floor cleaner? Hang on a second. H. It’s only $200. This will not fit in your car, though. Might have to come back. Dyke has been begging me for one of these forever. He’s so sick of just scrubbing the floor with the scrubber that machine is. Yeah. Hammers, cutting saws. In Japan, you don’t get like the normal saws that go like this. Most of the saws you get from the home center kind of look like this. It’s kind of wild for like cutting down like trees and things like that. And then you get these. These are planes like for shaving wood and stuff in Japan. Very cool. Some very cool stuff here. This is like a whole kind of art thing in Japan. They’ll have competitions about how thin the thinnest like longest like shaving that you can get. Stuff’s cool. Wow. Look at the different layers of steel in that blade. Actually, that might be the thing that locks the blade. And this might be the blade. Not sure. Nope. Nope. This back piece is definitely the blade. And then this is what locks the blade in place. Some really cool old kanji on this stuff. Lots of circular saws. This one’s marked down to 46,000 Japanese yen. So I’d say that’s like what? 370 $380, maybe a little more. This big boy here, $39,000 Japanese yen. There we go. grinder. Old school Hitachi. This one’s only 9,000 yen. It’s like 70 bucks. This is This is 5,500 yen for this. This old one. It’s like what? $40 US. So much crazy stuff. More wood carving stuff. Wa. What is that used for? It’s $1,000. That’s wild. Look at these chisels, man. Dude, so cool. I’ve been really really like I love the calligraphy like uh in Japan like there are people like literally like dedicate their entire lives to doing the the writing like the drawing the calligraphy of the kanji and you can pay someone like $1,000 and they’ll come and do it for you. It’s pretty wild. But they’ll do like the huge big painting ones at your shops and stuff on the walls and all that type of thing. It’s like a huge thing. Look at all these cool hammers. Wow. That’s like Damascus steel. That one in the back there. That’s cool. So interesting. Oh, there’s actually a fair few that are like Damascus. Just the hammerhead itself. These are special hammers for sure, but that’s like $200 for just that head. And then some of these are like $300. Wow. It’s for carving wood things like this and stuff, I imagine. That’s really cool. Look at these ones with like the drawings. There’s like a turtle. It’s like a kame like you know uh Dragon Ball Kame Kameha. It’s like the Kame means turtle, right? But like you can see the turtle there on the actual blade of that particular one there. This is why I love looking at some of this old woodworking stuff in Japan because some of these blades could be very very like very old and passed down through generations and then somehow they get pawned and sold off here and they get sold in these shops. So you can find some really cool stuff. Look at this. Look at that. The kanji drawn and engraved on that one too. So cool. Look at this sharpening stone. That’s $55,000. That’s like $450. Nearly $500. So cool. Oh, look at the wooden hammer one there. Sorry, that’s like a stone hammer. Very cool. One thing I’ve actually realized is pretty much all the tool shops I’ve been to always have a really fire playlist. Tons of tools, man. Look at all these impacts. What’s this one? 35,000 yen. 44,000 yen. 44,000 yen. There’s tons of stuff here. Oh, look at that big old Hitachi for 5,000. The plug-in wide one. All the brand new ones, brand new kits. There’s so much here. Oh my gosh. Oh, there’s you go. Hey. I know it’s normal that most parents will take their kids to like Disneyland and stuff. We take ours to tool shop. He loves it. The real reason we don’t go to Tokyo Disneyland is because the last time me and Sam went, we both got food poisoning. We got food poisoning. Yeah. It was winter and they were serving hot wine and uh Yep. Ever since we’ve never been so sick after that. So, we’ve never been back since. But Disney sees okay. Dude, these compressors are priced pretty well. This is an 8.5 horsepower one and it’s only 89,000 Japanese yen. And yeah, this is these are super quiet. They’re put in their own boxes. I have one at my shop, a corkcrew one. This one’s a little different. It’s cool, right? This is what I Yeah, but this would be good to have cuz if I had two of these joint linked together, then we could power our dry ice blaster. Right now, I still don’t have a big enough compressor for that. I actually really need to get a bigger generator for FD. And I’ve been looking at these Honda EX22s, mainly because they also have a three-phase 20 amp output here. And that would be really, really good for FD. They’re super quiet, very efficient, electric start, and secondhand for Nan. So 77,000 Japanese yen. That’s a really good price. I actually wonder if this will fit in May’s car. May, would one of these fit in your car? One of these fit in your car at all? I probably will. Oh, not that. I thought it was. I wonder if they’d ship this to the shop, but I don’t think they can ship this. What I found for you? No, I’m fine. I’m just because it’s pink doesn’t mean I want it. I mean, that’s a fair assumption, but you like this one, Yugo? I think we might get this one today. We’ll see if they’ll send it to us. I think they will, cuz Yeah. So, this is to Yeah, this is a generator. So, it does 2,200 W. It has threephase output, so we could run a strong um air compressor off it. Like, he’s already dragging it to the cash register. And it’s electric start. It’s super quiet. But they have the 2.8 here. This one’s a lot more expensive. Yeah. 128,000 Japanese yen. I love that they even come with their own little keys. I don’t know if it’ll come out, but they have their own little key to start it. It’s kind of interesting. And this one, yeah, this one’s a little stronger. It has a 28 uh 28 amp three-phase output. So many of these little impact drivers. 31,000 Japanese yen. 33,000 Japanese yen. Look how beat up it is, though. It’s wild that they hold their value like that in this condition. Interesting. But all of these are Japanmade units, which is kind of cool. This yellow one’s kind of cool. They even have an air vonillion themed one. I think that did. It’s very cool. Look at all the little nail guns, too. So many. What are these things worth? Oh, they’re actually pretty cheap. 12,000 Japanese yen. This one here is 14,000 for this little guy. Wow. Oh, look at the little tiny air little little um port socket, whatever you want to call it. This one’s only $7,000 yen, that one. Little bigger ones. 11,000 29,000. It’s not bad. This This is an interesting one. I’ve never seen this one before. I always see these ones. This one’s normal to me. What I use, dude, this one’s expensive. It does look fairly new. It’s 29,000 Japanese yen. This one here is 12,000. I love that you can even just buy like compactors here. That’s wild. And then this is their bucket for testing jackhammers. So if you want to buy a jackhammer, they let you test it all before you purchase it. This is their bucket of concrete to check that it works. What is this thing? There you go. 66,000 yen. Oh, this might be for like putting the nails together for the nail guns like in to a cartridge or something. That’s actually pretty cool. Like a separator. No, like um so you know like with guns you have like you load the bullets in and there’s like a machine that can do that and link them together. This is what this does for the nails so that they all like go together in a little like cartridge into there maybe. I think that’s what it might be. If you guys know in the comment section, let me know. But Yugo wants it. He loves it just cuz he can spin something. This is the biggest nail gun I think I’ve ever seen. Why not even a nail? I don’t even I mean I’m fighting every urge in me not to make a dad joke right now, but um this is huge. Is it even a nail gun? 73,000 yen. Yeah. Like that’s the little cartridges I was telling you about. All for concrete. Oh, okay. That makes sense why this thing’s so beefy now. It’s for concrete. Tons of grinders. All around 12,000 yen, 9,000 yen, 29,000 yen for that big beefy new one. All the cable ones. These are pretty cheap. 8,800 yen. These bigger boys here. 14,000 yen for this big boy. Some of these smaller old ones. Look at this old little like kind of die grinder one here. That’s cool. How much do they want for that? 8,800. It’s not bad. I really like coming to these places just because this is another thing that you can do if you’re coming to Japan and you like cars because if you like cars, you like working on cars, you like doing things with your hands and you can definitely walk around here like Disneyland, right? Essentially for us guys, and you’ll find stuff that you’ll want, whether it’s small little things or larger things or things that you need to get shipped home. There’s definitely stuff here that you can get for a good bargain. But also just exploring Japanese tools and what everyone uses and the trades here in Japan is very interesting. There’s a lot of stuff here that doesn’t exist anywhere else in the world. I feel like just because of how compact Japan is. Like some of the air compressors that they take with them to use all of their nail guns and stuff for, you know, jip rocking is super cool and efficient. Like for example, look at this little thing. It looks like a backpack, right? Look at it. Little light, super easy. Has two tanks built into the bottom of it. Plugs into the wall. It’s 66,000 Japanese yen. is it runs up to 1,000 W. Um, and this has 8 L. It can consistently put out 4.4 bar. Like consistently 4.4 bar. Isn’t that cool? And keep up with all the air guns and everything. And this is what you bring to the job site. And they have different versions. Really cool paint job ones and stuff. And look at them all. Whole table just full of these little tiny compact air compressor kits for tradesmen. And they obviously vary in pricing depending on how much you need and some of them have like four or five outputs all around them on all four corners. But that’s just stuff that I’ve never seen anywhere else in the world. And I think Japan’s really good at that. I just realized where we were looking before at the old Japanese tools that they have this whole toy gate which is like a gate to allow um the gods to travel through to the shrine and then they have I guess the act tool uh god up there. This is probably my favorite section just because every box is dedicated to some kind of size of drill bit or something that’s a consumable that we always need and use. So like drill bits, jackhammer little bits too, spade things, Dremel things or die grinder things. Look at all these. Just wow. Those are really nice long JST Phillips head inserts for your drills or impacts. Look at this. So, like usually I just come to these places now whenever I need a drill bit. Look at this. It’s even like little spatulas for scraping things like scraping sound deadening off or paint that type of stuff. Look at all these. Um, this is kind of cool. Okay, so this is for um doing straight lines and stuff. Interesting. All the shears and stuff. Old school like silicone guns. These things can be quite expensive in the home centers here. So if you come here and you can get them for like 50 yen a pot, which is like 50 cents. So cool. Old school scales, levels. What is this? What? What is this? Why is it like loose there? If anyone knows what this is, I’m very curious. Huh? Like they’re full of them. What are these? Interesting. Yeah, tons of stuff. Oh my gosh, look at these adjustable multi-grips. Gosh, my dad would love those. My dad was just a plumber. He had his own plumbing business. Very successful plumbing business. He he did really well in uh in Melbourne and then he moved to Brisbane when he met my mom and all that type of stuff. I was born in Mount Isa, by the way. Country boy. Hey, look at all these adjustable monkey wrenches or shifters we call them. All the crimpers. So cool. Oh, wow. Look at these. These are for mills. All the milling tools. These are so expensive, brand new. So, if you can find something here, I think these are called Reamers. We found a couple of these last time. You guys in the comments were telling me about them. But yeah, you can generally find them in pretty good condition and you can uh sharpen them. What kind of drill bit is this? And what is this used for? Cuz that’s really trippy. And then more stuff for milling. It’s kind of cool. So cool, man. You can just find this stuff here. All the wire brush stuff is awesome. These are good, too, for using to not over to talk stuff. Good for engine assembly. Lots of stuff. Shut up. These are little cutting triangle things that are used on um lathes. That’s so what? And it’s full of them. Oh my god. So, I don’t want to get ahead of myself, but one of the big purchases coming uh later on this year is I want to get a proper lathe for the shop. And I’ve been hunting around looking for a really good one. And I think we found one from some friends actually where they’re upgrading their shop and we might be able to purchase their old one. And there’s like a really really good old Japanese one that’s super easy to maintain and stuff. But it means we can make a lot of our little like, you know, adapters, spacers, and all this this stuff that we need for like the comp cars and things like that. Um, but yeah, I’m just really excited to get my hands on a lathe and start doing stuff. So, seeing stuff like that gets me really excited because I know that we can buy a ton of that and have it ready to go cuz those things do wear out quite frequently. Look at the size of these hammers. What do you hammer these with? I think it’s for making mochi. No, this I’m joking. I’m joking. I don’t know. Maybe for like smashing in wooden planks and stuff. There’s a couple steel ones there. Look at these core drilling bits, though. This is for cutting like uh those big circle sections out in concrete and through walls for air conditioning. It’s cool. Big ones down there. For sale now. I’m like is what for sale? This? No. You can buy your own. We could make that. Oh, wait. These are plastic. Are they? Yeah. You really like that stuff? Hey, it would be cool. I’m not going to lie. We could do a pink one. Yeah. And then Okay, let’s go talk to Tony. Let’s talk to Tony. Successful little purchase. We got our clamps. I’m going to hunt around for a different generator. But um this place is awesome. The Spider-Man’s kind of funny. You know where we’re close close to Yashio? Yep. Very close to Yashio factory. Look at this big tool. You got adjustable wrench at these guys are only closed on Wednesdays. It’s actually kind of normal. A lot of shops in Japan will be open over the weekends, like car shops and mechanic shops, and they’ll choose to be closed during like either Thursday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. So, always a good idea to check their open hours on Google. But this is Japan, and sometimes Google Maps is wrong, so be careful with that, too. Tons of ladders out here, too. Oh, these extendable ladders are kind of cool. It’s just good. Like, especially if you’re moving here and you need some like tools, it’s a good way to save some money while you’re getting started, for sure. What the heck is this? That might be a little break. Like a little interesting. I’m not sure. What did you think, Yugo? Was it fun? High touch. Yeah. You like it? A. Okay. All right. You go. You want to say bye to everyone? Bye. Bye. Bye. Like, comment, share, subscribe. What’s the next kind of store you want to see us check out? I think some of the other recycling places they have like tools and more like heavy equipment stuff like lathes and things like that would be cool and then furniture and things like that too might be cool. Thanks for watching guys. Like comment, share, subscribe. We’ll see you in the next one. Bye bye.

What is the store called?
I luv the tools walkabout But video shoot gave me vertigo. Felt nausea after watching, the shake and fast pan is unbearable. Dont be offenda ya, just feedback.
1:11 it's an italian dessert, consisting of a scoop of vanilla gelato drowned in coffee and flavored with liqueur
I would ask to work there and never leave 😁
Everything is "kinda" something.
I am an Indian, looking for in your video now in Saudi Arabia. Very nice shop and good video
shocked in japan that you can not pick all the items you want pay for them. And have them bring everything to you at once.
Don’t buy a lathe dude… your adhd doesn’t need that distraction you’re going to use it as much as the dry ice blaster. Literally do not need a lathe.
What’s the address?? Visiting Japan soon
I wish we also have a used tools shop here in our country…..
Just wondering if it is possible for me to buy tools from that shop(makita tools) and bring them to the Philippines. I’ll be there this December 2025. Thanks
11:00 is a scroll saw useful for diy crafts and toys
Japanese has the best pull saws, players, and chisels. Those makita drivers is way too expensive being that its from japan and they are second hand. Brushless hammer drill and impact driver is like 150$ to 200$. 44.800 jpy is 300$ ea lol
11.50 that tool you put a nail in it and it holds it then you hit it with a hammer and anytime anyone says hitachi i worked with a japanese man from hitachi who kept asking where he could buy momco i said taki i dont know what that means i finally hooked him up with backpage after a couple days and he came in and said woman here no hair where the hair
All that stuff seems over priced for what it is and i hope you dont think the dry ice blaster will take paint off it truly will not
where japan
