New Horizon School Pasadena invites the community to attend its free Garden Workshop featuring guest educator Sanjay Gupta on Sunday, December 7, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. PST. Guests are encouraged to RSVP so the school can prepare to welcome all participants.
Sanjay Gupta is a Pasadena-based boutique gardener and educator known for his expertise in cultivating vegetables and fruit trees in compact spaces. Each year, he sets a personal goal of planting 100 fruit trees within his community—a goal he consistently surpasses. While largely self-taught through extensive research and hands-on experimentation, he credits much of his gardening insight to his time living at The Urban Homestead, a neighborhood farm affiliated with New Horizon School. His passion for nurturing healthy soil and plants continues to inspire urban gardeners across the region.
