Good morning. Welcome back to my channel. Beautiful sunrise coming up this morning. I’ve already started getting busy in the yard. Hi, I’m Joffrey Brett. My gay life. No apologies. With the sun coming up, let’s get started on this patio furniture I’m selling and new furniture to put in. I am selling my patio furniture set. It’s got the sofa, the two side chairs that are swivel and rock, and the two ottomans. It is in excellent shape. No tears, just a couple of areas that have water stains that’ll rinse off easily with a brush and some soap. The chairs rock and swivel, no issue. I’m asking 250 for the set. Yet another adventure I’m on. Got my patio all discombobulated, and there’s a reason for that. I removed all of the six- piece Broy Hill furniture set and listed it on Facebook Marketplace for sale. It’s in really good shape. Uh it’s just a little bigger than what we wanted on our patio for the two of us and we wanted something different. So, I removed everything off the patio and uh closed everything off. And that’s the back to the uh new patio seat that’s going to be there. Then I got a couple swivel chairs. They’re actually rocking chairs. Patio rocking uh you know, you move back and forth. Uh swivel, but they don’t turn. They just rock. Uh so I’ve got those I’m going to put out tomorrow. Do some rearranging out here and uh get the patio set back up. Then put everything back where it belongs. rearranged it a little differently and I think it looked great. We have got uh friends coming on Saturday, a couple that we met prior to arriving in our community. I joined a group on Facebook and uh they reached out and said can’t wait to meet you. So they stayed in touch and we moved here and we’ve been to a couple of their house parties. They’ve been to one of our pool parties last year and uh so they’re coming over on Saturday for um a brunch and we’ll spend the day visiting and uh some pool time. So I want to get the new patio furniture set up before they arrive. I’ve uh got the patio furniture sold. gentleman will be here tomorrow morning to pick it up. And I decided that I would go ahead and put new furniture together this evening outside. Now that the sun is going down in the front of the house, it’s cooled off a bit. It’s no longer 117. It’s only 105. So, this might work better to get it done tonight so I can get my yard and everything put back together at least tomorrow because I’m a bit anal on stuff. I like to have everything organized. [Music] It’s one of my flaws in life. Organization drives me nuts if things aren’t in their place. So, let’s get this put together. This package is going to look very nice. So, I guess I’ll just kind of put it together and keep the camera running. I’ll play some music in the background for you once I put this video up to watch. And I’ll just keep moving along here. Stay busy. That looks nice. Backing. It’s pretty. [Music] Okay. Box. And let me get the directions and see what I’m supposed to do. [Music] There’s the arms. And they’re color marked blue and green. They’re left and right, I’m assuming. Okay. So, it appears the bed goes on first. [Music] So, I need an HH right here. [Music] I need two of these. [Music] Okay, I need a GG [Music] and I need an CC. It’s going to go. I want to make sure I get it right because I hate to get things on and then have to take it apart. [Music] The directions are really kind of funky. [Applause] I get a couple cushions which will help with my height. [Music] Oh, that’ll work. Perfect. Here we go. [Music] [Music] same level then tighten everything down or it’ll be hard to line everything up. All right, so let me get the other two screws. [Music] [Laughter] I’m not filming. So, multitasking is something I do. All right, let’s do the third screw here. Then I can tighten them all. [Music] [Music] All right. Right. So, I have the three screws in and put the arms on the front before I tighten everything down. Okay. So, let’s get the arms. All right. Here we go. Now we’ll do the front light. [Music] Okay. Okay. And let’s tight this one up here again. Just a little bit. Not all the way. Because I don’t want to tighten everything until the other side is out. Right. Go down to the bottom that All right, let’s get them all tightened up. [Applause] Very [Applause] nice. Hey. Pretty nice, huh? I like that. Now it’s got two chairs. Let’s get those warm. [Applause] Okay, I think it’s time to get the pool. So, we’ll see if that’s what Kevin wants to do. And as I went into editing to put this all together, I realized on some reason the volume stopped working in this section. But it was time to get in the pool and cool off. The sun was going down. It was getting too dark to work on the patio, so I decided it was time to strip down, get in the pool, cool off, and enjoy the rest of the evening before it was time to call it a night. So, come along as I get in. The pool temperature is absolutely phenomenal. It’s a great way to cool off and fish the night. Kevin and join me in the pool. With that being said, we’ll see you in the morning. [Music] Let’s get to it. Good morning. Time’s a wasting sun. It’s already 90° 6:30 in the morning. So, no time to waste. Get my patio back together. The gentleman who’s buying my old p patio furniture will be here at 9:30. It’ll give me 3 hours to get the rest of this patio put together and cleaned up. [Music] Pat removed. [Music] So, let’s get to it. table. [Music] Thought I had scissors out here. Take them again. Let me go grab those. Oh, here they are. Did leave them out here. He had coffee. Thank goodness. Might be a real zombie. [Music] Make it easy on myself. [Music] It’s a nice table. I’m actually going to use it as a plant stand. [Music] out of the sun. There we go. A little better. So that’s the frame for the legs. So we’ll get those on first. Now that I have the table put together, my mess picked up, I’m going to rearrange the patio the way I think it’ll look great and uh just pull everything together. It’s really starting to get hot out here. I think it’s already up to 104. Been outside about an hour and uh I’m contemplating where I want Well, it looks like things are coming together. Starting to put it exactly where I think it’ll look great. Balanced under the window, away from the door so we can get out and all the plants basically under the morning canopy that we pull out to reduce the sun and eat off the patio. Starting to look great. What do you Time to get the cushions, put on the chairs. It’ll pull all this furniture together. I’m really glad I bought this set. I negotiated a great price on a clearance at Lowe’s and uh really negotiated a great price and ended up getting about 30% off. Then I used my charge card, pay it off one year, no interest or an additional 5% off. So I did the additional 5% and so I got a total of 35% off of this patio set. I love a good And it’s really starting to come together one hill at a time. Yep. It’s perfect. I like it. All right, look at that view. All put together. I think it really looks great. Got the water fountain turned on. I’m ready to move on to my next Let’s cool off for a minute. I got the water misters on. You see the water mister coming down. Feels fantastic. It actually cools the patio off by about 10 to 15° once the mister starts. But no time to sit and wait and enjoy. Time to get moving, finish up my morning task, and get this furniture moved up into the garage and ready for the gentleman who purchased it. Purchased it so that he can pick it up and get it on his way and get on his day and I can finish. There is Cooji and Kevin. Still hot, sweaty day for me. I uh have uh rule out the garage with the blower. I think one day I’m going to come out of here and get all this cleaned up. That was here when we moved in. So, the lawn furniture is in the garage. Waiting for the guy to come pick it up. I moved it out here. decided to clean the garage and blow it out while I was here. [Applause] I moved the truck out to the curb. And last week, I trimmed the front yard. These palms out here are looking really great in the pots. And I’ve got the antana trimmed up. I trimmed this bush up at the bottom. so that no snakes or mice or anything nest under there. My fire bush is looking great. Our sculpture of course is always looking good. My Mexican bird paradise and my bush over here in this pond is looking great. And I think our backyard looks fantastic from out here. Looking back, this sideyard was just so bland last year. There was nothing here. There was no plants back here at all. Looking better in this little hodge podge rock wall I put up two years ago. Cemented it so it doesn’t fall down. And everything out here is on solar lights, lighting up at night. So, let’s just wait for the guy to show up for his furniture.
