Echo X series 9010t loose exhaust heat shield

Hi all,

I recently purchased a pb9010t. I got home put it together and noticed the exhaust heat shield would spring up and down hitting the plastic cover when running.

I called Echo and sent them pictures/videos of this. They said it was NOT normal. I went to the store i purchased it from, looked at two others and they were both like this. Is this just how it is designed and Echo support is just dumb? Anyone else have the same thing?
