omg mine does this too!! i just rotate it every couple weeks when i water so it starts leaning towards the other side and evens out.

*Dieffenbachia* naturally grow tall, lose lower leaves, then break as one method of propagation. I would chop and prop it. You may also consider an overhead grow light or rotating it periodically as the other person suggested.
