2nd vivarium build

Just went to the reptile expo and managed to get a great price of 100 dollars for this 18x18x24 exoterra with a cork background and the sides painted black. It all was previously rigged for a paludarium with a water feature and had a lot of pothos that grew into the water under the low light that was previously on it. I added and changed a lot of elements to the barebones hardscape that was there and then added substrate, lush moss, and planted it with 9 other species. Hopefully they can hold up against my huge male crested gecko who has a tendency to trample acclimating plants – we will see. I think he loves the hides and additional privacy this tank has because he was very aggressive previously probably due to feeling exposed in the previous set up I had for him which was too small and sparse. Only time will tell, you can see him hiding deep in the cave in the last picture!
