Looks like wild long onions. I have several in my front yard and can smell them when I mow over them.
I’m confident that one would have to dig down and pull the bulbs/roots out to get rid of them.

So. It looks like your warm season grass is dormant. If that’s the case, just hit the weeds with glyphosate. The grass won’t absorb it because it’s in dormancy.

We’d need to be able to identify the weed first.
If it were mine, I would pull them all by hand.
