So I've got two questions with these cuttings that I would really appreciate help with. First, I haven't had any past success with propegating anything from the part of the leaf that doesn't have any of the hairs, and these purple bulges in the first and second pic are a first when it comes to my attempts at propegation. Will this grow eventually grow a leaf and roots or is this just a neat looking tumor to something?
The second question is about the leaf in the second and third that has two growths on it. Can I cut that in half and get two plants or is this also just a cool phenomenon?

The purple bulges will likely become new plants, but it may take longer with that part of the leaf.
The one that has two growths already has two plants, no need to cut it.
