Home Depot purchase. Changed out the dirt increasing drainage and reducing organic matter. But did something wrong and it didn’t respond well. Sad face
It’s rotten. I see very little chance of any of this being saved. All of the brown is already dead.
Could be the soil. Even if it is well draining, you mightve been giving it more than it needs. Ime this euphorbia only grows during the hottest months and needs very, very little water otherwise. I see the soil is still drenching wet
Could be that while you were replanting, some roots got damaged and then infected from being watered too quickly before they could sufficiently heal
