My tomato, eggplant and pepoer plants are still going in coastal SE Virginia. I covered them with tarps during the recent frost and they survived. I started my 16’x16’ veggie garden this year and also purchased a drum 2-chamber composter that I’ve been filling with kitchen and yard scraps. Thanks so much for the instructions in this video.

I let my plants dry and cut them up and leave them as mulch lol

i do similiar but 2 other cheap/free things i add to mix are burying fish racks( bury them at least 6 inches so critters dont get no ideas) and coffee grinds ..all my containers and raised bed look like compost bins till rake/scratch in
