I’ve been under the weather for a couple of days and my spirit could not wait to immerse in the garden today! I wanted soup made with freshly homegrown kale and ground turkey. Does anyone still use their InstaPot? I use mine so much that I wonder why do I even need a stove 😂 ? I can cook my greens down to perfection in 10 minutes ! And I always cook the stem first for 5 minutes before adding the leaves for another 5 minutes.
