The gardens, designed by Barratt and David Wilson Homes at their development, The Pearls, were created in line with RSPB guidance through the developer’s corporate partnership with the charity.
Helen Lewis, managing director at David Wilson Homes Mercia, said: “With support from our longstanding partner, the RSPB, we’re working to create nature-rich developments where people and wildlife can thrive.”
The gardens include a range of habitat features designed to support wildlife, such as a hedgehog house and highway, bird boxes, a pond, bug hotels, a beehive, compost bin, water butt and a bat box.

Adrian Evans, managing director at Barratt West Midlands, said: “We look forward to seeing our new gardens flourish with wildlife, and visitors to our Stourport development can explore them and gather valuable insights for their own gardens.”
Barratt and David Wilson Homes has been working in partnership with the RSPB since 2014 to make housing developments better for both people and wildlife.
The Pearls offers a selection of two, three, and four-bedroom homes in a beautiful location close to the Wyre Forest District.
Located less than two miles from Stourport, the development provides easy access to everyday services, leisure facilities, and transport links to Kidderminster and Worcester.
