Good morning
I’ve been on an adventure to save my peace Lilly.
Far it’s gone from nothing to this.
But I am concerned, she is growing roots but the bottom part always gets slimy.
Should I cut this knob looking thing off of her or should I keep it???? I was raising her in a pot but all her leaves died
I have added moss to her vase, from some comments I got on it before.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
I do use distilled water & I wash her weekly
I’m the last month she had grown so well and I don’t want to lose my progress

From the looks of things Id probably get some root-tone/root master powder, dip the root knot in it and plant it back in soil. Peace lilies I know are very susceptible to over watering in soil but it looks fine to transfer back to me! A peace lily expert might have something more specific than me though.
Are you sure it is not an aglaonema?
Anyway shop the rotting part, but I personally would not use distilled water, it also needs a small amount of nutrients.
