Brothers Lee and Dale Connelly are reunited after 10 years with a new partnership, Brothers With.
Once known as the Skinny Jeans Gardeners, the pair would travel to schools across the UK to encourage children to reconnect with nature through creativity, play and hands-on learning.
Lee continued under the Skinny Jean Gardener, before rebranding to The Children’s Gardening Coach while Dale has focussed on global work in immersive art, play and creative health and wellbeing.
The first collaboration under Brothers With is underway with a new development of a theme park attraction in Japan.
Intended to bring together gardening and art, the project will create a shared experience of gardening and art that celebrates nature and imagination.
“We’ve both grown our work in different directions, but the heart of it has always been the same,” says Lee.
“We believe nature and creativity build stronger, happier communities. This project in Japan is just the beginning.”
“Reuniting now feels completely right,” adds Dale.
“We’ve each developed our own creative language — and Brothers With is where those languages meet. It’s about collaboration across disciplines, cultures, and places.”
