I am quite confused, there is a frost on the ground this morning and I've just realised how much my forsythia is actually flowering. Why is it flowering in November, and when on earth am I supposed to prune it now 🤦‍♀️😂

  1. That looks like a winter jasmine to me. Not a forsythia.

Climate change. I’m still getting tomato and pepper flowers outside :((((

Sorry, realised as soon as I posted this, not winter technically but autumn for another month. Still though, what on earth is it doing 🤔

I’m not a pro but is there a chance this is winter jasmine. It looks like mine which is flowering right now.

I also know that as Winter Jasmine. Mine flowered from November to March.

My roses are still flowering, my cosmos are too. I only just stopped getting toms ripening in the greenhouse. Climate change in action.

Thank you all for the Winter Jasmine identification, I’m very happy to have a plant that flowers through the cooler months to add a bit of brightness to the space 😊

  8. Can’t help you sadly. However one of our pea plants is going for round two. Right now and looks like it’s doing well.
