So I got these lithops last week and the smaller one I’m noticing is getting really wrinkled on the side, but the top is not sunken in or flat or anything. Does it need to be watered or is it wrinkled because it’s getting ready to split/flower?
I don’t want to kill any of my lithops, and I’m still learning about when to water 😅

I wait until they get wrinkled on top cuz I think it’s ok if they’re wrinkled on the sides. I’ve learned the hard way too by over watering so I would wait. When they are flowering you can still water them but when they are splitting that’s when you don’t water them. That’s what I’ve learned from this sub anyway 🤷🏼♀️
Personally, I would water the little one, and check it again in a couple days to see if it needs more (sometimes a first water will wake up roots but not rehydrate the plant well). The rest look good as they are.
