Me personally, I stopped after the whole Great Pumpkin shit, and once jandels admin abuse started going downhill
I quit in the early days of the fall update. And did not play the Halloween update at all. Just seemed to become repetitive and boring.
People quit grow a garden after fairy update as the update was really trash and a bit confusing the updates like the war,bees,lunar,angry plant,eggs whatever and bone blossom, all of them were fire but that kid who said jandel is brainrroted no the updates were bad so he shifted and grow a garden is still not dead it is in top 10 how it is dead it avarages 200k and jandel made a life with so much money jandel doesn't need more he is a multi-millionare and pvb(plants vs brainrots)gets 7mil player in admin abuse and 99days too so there is no problem jandel he spotted he making like blox fruits they also makes like 20mil$ so who ever says gag is dead tell it's not dead just alot of ppl don't play ut
I quit in the prehistoric update. Game felt repetitive and nithing new got added ever. Just a reskjn of something else.

No the true reason why everyone quit grow a garden is the bad updates and the most important thing was the inflated money that made people like me that spend so many hours to get the best pets and almost getting a farm that make trillions just to find out that now people have over quadrillions and QI and now all the good pet's are now worth sx shackles and now I don't even have to farm I can just sell one dragonfly and get 100Sx or less making the entire point of the game is to get a good farm to get shackles useless because just by trading one pet you will earn more shackles then any plants you can sell and btw I had a super giant like as big as my entire garden a bone blossom that was only worth 2T with 10 mutations and that is so little I can just sell one moon cat for 1sx
I stopped it when fairy pt 2 came out it was a Hella grind tho I got Phoenix in my first chest

I quit because of the money to easy and not has grindy
the game was decent when it first got big, it fell off FAST tho, the second making an actually good garden stopped being the focus of the game, being replaced with pet trading, it fell off
The true reason for me is because of the updates and so little time to complete them
That happened to me 😢
But my really good friend gave me 100QA she had 1SX
