  1. What if you have a set of collectibles each year, that are only for that year, while also having a standard set that you carry every year?

  2. Don’t know if my opinion counts but I think you should continue to carry all of the ornaments year after year…

  3. Appreciate the discussion about the cats. Just recently acquired a stray cat. He is very affectionate.

  4. Luv the ornaments! 🎄My 2 cents would be to add one maybe 2 new each year to add to the collection. I wanted to get all but had to restrain myself😅. Still debating on whether to pre order the two I didn’t buy this year.

Thanks for all the great content!

  5. Suggestion: get the numbers worked out over a year or two, then make the gold plated ornaments a collectors item only released yearly. It absolutely makes it more special. Then you could maybe create similar ornaments that are plastic or less expensive to produce and bring that set back every single year

  6. Here, in The Bahamas, we stopped penny production a few years ago. We either round up or down, if paying with cash or leave it exactly what the total is if paying with a CC.

  7. The reason why the lady with the lemon tree is not producing fruit is be cause she started it from seed. Most citrus trees are grafted. If started from seed it takes a long time to produce. 🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋

  8. Hello the ornaments are beautiful, I think you should offer the 2025 ornaments maybe until maybe February to allow those that wanted to start their collection because the run was so late in season- then release 2026 pre order in July (Christmas in July) by then you may be able to determine the need. Then going forward it’s a limited run based on your 2025/2026 orders

  9. So glad you mentioned pre-ordering! I watch your videos every day and have learned so much about gardening. I reference them all year long. Thank you for taking the bold step to start a YouTube channel—your work truly enriches us all!

  10. Suggest running the collection for 2 or 3 years then the new concurrently, giving your people chances to add to their collections. Might be worth a try as you can always adjust.

  11. For the ornaments, you could do a rolling 3 year offering. Then, year 4, you stop producing and just go until you sell out. Each year, introduce a new collection.

  12. I’m not interested in “collecting” the ornaments. I’m in the keep them available camp.

  13. A comment from a person that would LOVE to be able to buy the whole collection of ornaments at one time, I can’t afford it and had to make a VERY hard decision as to which one I purchased, it would be wonderful if you kept the collection on going so they could be purchased throughout the years MAYBE after a certain number of years you could retire one collection at a time? A RANT HERE this country depends on credit cards we are in debt up to our ears in credit card debit, when people see something they want they get the credit card out . I don’t own a credit card so when I see something that I would like I have to hope it’s still around until I can AFFORD it. I WOULD LOVE THE WHOLE COLLECTION OF ORNAMENTS BECAUSE THEY ARE SOMETHING GARDEN ANSWER CREATED AND THEY ARE A WONDERFUL MEMORY OF YOU FOLKS BUT I personally can not buy them all at once. 🥺🎄💚🙃

  14. When growing lemons from seed you have to take this into account , lemon seeds are often true to type because they contain nucellar embryos, which are clones of the parent plant. However, they also contain one zygotic embryo, which can result in a different, often inferior, fruit variety. When planting, you must remove the weaker zygotic seedling and keep the nucellar ones to ensure the resulting tree is similar to the parent.

  15. Please make them all available. At least this first batch. It is quite a bit of money for some of us. I missed the collection and I feel like it may be elitist if we can’t buy 1 or 2 each year from the total collection. I don’t know. Maybe I’m just really disappointed that in retirement I can’t splurge.

  16. Very thankful for your channel. It has helped me through my postpartum. I was able to get a hold of the ornaments. They will always hold a wonderful memory for me this year. You are such an inspiration. Thank you for all that you do.

  17. Maybe a live Christmas tree for the US Mint tree since you need a smaller tree. Then you could plant it after the Holidays…or Spring! Lol

  18. In todays world with YouTube and social media, how in the world would you know how many ornaments to have for sale to give people the opportunity to get them and still make them to be a collectible. I actually paused my video and went to order my ornaments immediately so I could get mine. Also, people may not be able to afford the whole collection at one time and might want to go back and have a chance of getting others of that collection. I use to collect Boyd Bears and they would actually have the number on the piece. I am in the mind of offering the ornaments the first two or three years as long as possible to try and get a handle on a number of sales then maybe in the years to come only produce a specific number. I am 72 years old so I certainly didn't purchase to collect. I bought mine because I found them to be beautiful and different. I love them and I am anxious to get mine. Delivery is scheduled for Tuesday. I am excited. Love you guys so much. Thank you.

  19. Chiming in on the ornaments- I think having a limited run makes them really special. You’ll have more data after this year and will be able to gauge quantities more accurately. I’m kicking myself for not buying echinacea when they were in stock!

  20. The ornaments are gorgeous! What a beautiful way to have a part of GA included on our Christmas tree! It would be so fun to have a Russell ornament!? I thought I would love to use an auger to dig my holes in my garden, but I would have to have a gas-powered one!😅😂, the clay and rocks are so bad here. I love GA and watch with anticipation of what you'll be planting or doing each day!❤❤❤😊😊😊

  21. Aaron you are making Dad jokes and you don’t even realize, making pennies doesn’t even make”cents” 😂

  22. It would be helpful if you could have the 2025 ornaments available for at least a year or two,. This would give us the opportunity to purchase each ornament over time, especially when the budget simply won't allow getting them all at one time.

  23. Laura, as you plan for next year‘s ornaments, please consider doing a pot of tulips or a pot of daffodils!

  24. Seeing now you’re offering a reduced price for the entire set-hope you credit people that ordered a complete set!

  25. Rarity is relative. Maybe always carry the Hartley and topiary. Then rotate the flowers? But won't that be limiting too? (Pls no Amazon. Ever) At any rate, my ornaments are on their way and will be here in time to decorate!

  26. You guys are so great! I think you grossly underestimate your popularity and following. Humble and kind, reasons why you are so popular. A wonderful Light in a dark world.

  27. Concerning the ornaments why not have one special one each year and redo the others and add on to the collection each year. The special ornament could have the year on it. The ornaments are a great idea.

  28. Laura, love the videos of the chickens. We started out with 12 chickens 14 years ago. We are down to 1 chicken it is 14 years old ( who knew they would live that long) and she is such a joy. She laid eggs for 13 years. Oh and by the way the chicken laying the egg in your porch planter was trying to plant an egg plant, ha ha 🤣.

  29. I think the ornaments should be collectible. I agree on the second run and people can still order. Then stop and move on to the next year. You can ALWAYS bring back a few in later years. I cant wait to get mine. .

  30. I’m in the UK and ordered the ornaments – I upped the amount to offset the cost of the shipping given it was the same cost for one ornament versus three – girl math 😂😂.
I’d love to see you guys succeed with your ornaments and think having a standard set you have each year with a yearly ornament or selection makes sense. You’ll know pretty quickly which styles are the favourites and which ones to archive. I’ve seen many smaller businesses get stung with dupes and copies being sold when they release their Christmas designs earlier in the season. These smaller companies then have to deal with confused customers contacting them about orders they made to purchase the copies. It’s an absolute nightmare and customers will unfortunately leave horrible reviews when the original company has done nothing wrong. It’s definitely something to consider as it can be a very large financial impact with the reputational risk as well as increase in customer enquiries and complaints. I buy direct with companies or independents when I can to support small business and family companies.
Good luck with managing the pre-orders for your ornaments and all the additional customer enquiries, I do not envy Ken and the team that job at all!!
