As someone who drove an Amazon delivery truck for a very short time, too much stress and not enough bathrooms for me 😂, I’m sure the drivers will be stoked with your new mail house. The quotas are so high that breaks are out of the question and any time saver is a blessing and a half.

On another note, have you considered heating cables for the mail house walkway? Liability-wise, the path should be clear and it would be nice not to have to get up first thing in the morning to make sure it is free of ice and snow.

Have you considered placing lights along the boxwood near the mail box , a light up wreath on the gates.
It gets dark sooner and with snow lines are blurred. Make it easier for delivery trucks to navigate around plantings and gates.

If no limit on time or budget,you could add a small potting shed with composting toilet and sink plumbed to "off grid"simple system….5 gallon fresh water and 5 gallon gray water tanks on wheels. Add behind delivery house for extra tools.
Then use a plug in electric air conditioner with floor duct from there to package cabana. During 100F want some chilled water too for drivers to stay cool. Just imagining. Could do a mini fridge.
