🎃 Our Jack-O’-Lantern pumpkin plants have been doubling in size every few days, and they just started showing off their curly little tendrils yesterday.

🐈‍⬛️ We’re planning to let them mostly sprawl across the backyard so our cats can lounge in their leafy shade once things get wild. Right now, we’ve got 3 healthy plants going strong—which should give us plenty of carving pumpkins in a couple of months. Did you know it takes around 90–100 days for Jack-O’-Lantern pumpkins to fully mature, and they can get up to 20ft long? They’re perfect for fall fun and surprisingly easy to grow in containers with enough space and sun, which here in Texas we have plenty of! 🌞

🍉 We’re also keeping an eye out for our Sugar baby watermelons to pop up any day now!

🌱 What fun crops are you growing this season? Let us know in the comments! 👇

  1. I didn’t realize I could plant a pumpkin in a pot. I thought that would be not enough space to 10 out long arms how does that work when part of it starts growing out the pot?
