Last summer I had great success with four plants in my 90L planter. There were three Thai basil plants and one tomato plant (little Sicily – low yield).

This summer I went nuts and have planted all sorts including far too many basil & Thai basil, spring onion, strawberry, birdseye chilli, cherry tomato, eggplant, alyssum (an edible flower that repels aphids) and nasturtium.

Wish me luck with the crowded house! I hope I didn’t over do it…
