Hello, I ended up with quite a few plants over the summer and now it's winter and it snows here, so I bought a rack, and want a clean tube light like slim light.
I found one on AliExpress for around 50$.
Is this what plants need ?.
I have included my setup in the last pic, the height of the bottom rack is ~80cm under the aquarium if it's helpful.
