    It’s definitely chicory, I grow and sell wildflowers I absolutely love them. So do the bees

    Yup, chicory! They close up when it’s very hot. Pretty neat!

    For anyone thinking cornflower, those have more levels of petals and have thicker grass-like leaves. (Though this photo makes it look like it does too).

    I love those. I’m not sure it’s the same as the ones we have on the east coast or more properly in the panhandle of West Virginia, but they look the same. I see them in the summer along the road and they always make me smile. Funny I’ve never had them come up in weedy parts of my yard. Just see them along roads. Paved roads or dirt roads. Wonder if they are also Chicory?
