Is this is a standard Variegated Burle Marx Philodendron? They aren’t considered rare anymore, correct? I’m getting mixed results when I search, but it looks like you can find them at reasonable prices. Is there anything else I should know before deciding to keep or sell it? I’ve inherited 30 plants I’m not familiar with, and some are supposedly rare, or at least they were when the previous owner purchased them. If I can sell it for $50 or more, I’ll probably try to sell it. If it’s worth less than $20, I may give it away.
If you notice there’s no soil in the pot, it’s because I’m in the middle of repotting it, probably unnecessarily, but what’s almost done is done.

I’d say it’s a nice one worth more than 20$ you could also chop and prop and sell each propagation for like 5$ each
