Is this Apple tree curable? Can anyone diagnose it? Blight? Could I cure it with a sulphur treatment or anything else or is it best to dig it up and move on? I have a healthy Ein Shemer nearby and I don't want it to get infected. I'm in central east Austin. Thoughts?
