So, this is kind of what we’re working with. Rat. Yeah. Ended up finding poison ivy. I’m okay. Hey guys, Brian with Top Mouse Lawn Care. Uh here at another overgrown property. Uh this is one we did the front yard um last week and this week we’re here to do the backyard. So, this is going to be our entrance into the backyard, which we’re going to have to take this chain link fence down. Cut down a bunch of this stuff here. Cut down all this over here. And that’s the only way we can really get into the backyard. There’s a small gate on the other side, but it’s so small that uh we’re going to need a bigger access. So, as you can see, this is the back fence. Um, we have one pool liner. We have two pool liners. We have a third one up there. We got a ton of stuff to cut down. We got a couple sheds over here. We have a deck. Uh, we just have a bunch of stuff back here that is just absolutely crazy. This is This is pretty crazy. Uh, we definitely have our work cut out for us on this property. on this backyard. And uh we’re gonna be cutting down a lot of stuff and opening this thing up. And I have a feeling this is going to be a one of my better transformations I’ve ever done. So stay tuned. Watch this whole video. Um this one’s going to be amazing. [Music] Do you know? Well, I knew we were going to find it somewhere, but we ended up finding poison ivy right there. rat. Yeah, I didn’t see it. Oh, he’s right there. [Music] dump run number one. [Music] Hey, hey, hey. Hey, behind Damn. [Music] I’m Okay, I’m okay. These trees are going to be the death of me on this property. I promise you dump number two. [Music] Hey [Applause] everyone. [Music] [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] What are you doing? [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] [Applause] [Music] Okay, everybody. This is our third or fourth trip to the dump. Um, this time we actually came inside. You can dump outside in these bins or you can go inside. Um, this was the first time we’d been inside and you can tell my little helper here, Steve, who’s been helping me for the last 3 weeks or so. Um, he does not like being inside cuz it stinks very very bad. And, uh, this was actually pretty comical right here. He he starts gagging and uh bless his little heart. He he kind of went and caught his breath and he would try to come back a little bit and he’s like I’m not having it and he’s just he’s trying to help but he just can’t take it. He’s gagging and it does stink really bad. And my wife actually asked me, she’s like, “Well, how can you handle it?” And I was like, “I don’t know. I just I’ve been to this dump many many times and it gets pretty stinky in there, but uh you can tell he’s not having it. So anyway, this is how I’m going to introduce uh Steve to the channel. Um he doesn’t like going inside to the dump, so keep that in mind. [Music] I don’t know. So, we got a lot of rain over the weekend. It was actually really nice. But today it is super humid. I don’t know what the humidity is, but it is it’s not like sunny hot, but it is humid. We are sweating. This is This is tough work. [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] Okay, so the adventure is still going. Um, I know we haven’t shown a lot of mowing or trimming or edging footage in this video, but this is kind of what this backyard needed. It needed a lot of trips to the dump. I lost count. I think we’re at four or five maybe, and we still got uh one loading. Uh, a lot of dumps to the uh a lot of trips to the dump. So, uh, stay with us. I’m promise you this is going to be a really really cool transformation. Uh between it’s just it already looks 10 times better to me um after not being here for a couple days over the weekend. Came back today on Monday and it just looks really really good. We’re getting there. [Applause] Heat. Heat. [Applause] [Applause] Does anybody need a computer monitor? I got one free of charge. [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] [Music] Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. [Music] Heat. [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] Heat. Heat. Heat. [Music] [Music] Heat. [Music] [Music] Woo! Woo! [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] All right, guys. We’re finally done after about 3 days worth of work. Finally got to this point. Um, I know this video, um, not a lot of mowing and trimming. Uh, but we did a lot in this video, and I think the transformation is really, really incredible. Uh, as you can kind of see, we didn’t really bag anything. I just kind of sprayed the grass over the uh the sand pile where all the pools were. So, uh hopefully maybe maybe they’ll get some weeds growing or something or I don’t know. I just thought it might uh might help out in the long run. What a transformation. There was three layers of pools here, a deck over here, all kinds of stuff over the uh patio. Oh my goodness. We also had another pool here. Another pool back there. So, that little area back there we didn’t touch. There’s poison oak back there. That’s all poison ivy right there. We didn’t really get in there too much. Uh, but everything else we got taken care of and I think it looks really nice. So, let me know what you guys think of this big transformation. This was a big one. Uh, this was a lot of work. A lot of trips to the dump. I’m not even sure. I lost count. Uh, I think we did about seven maybe on this backyard. Uh, so that’s a lot.

  4. I was surprised how big the yard was after all that stuff was gone. Looks great!!! ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰

  5. Always love your work Brian- a large site dumpster may have been a better choice for this job rather than all those trips to the yard.

  6. Hi Brian. Have you considered spraying the poison oak and ivy with glyphosate. This would remove the issue for the next landscaper or homeowner. Also you could consider brushing glyphosate onto the trunks of the trees you remove around sheds and fences. This would stop them sprouting and growing again. Great transformation as always ๐Ÿ‘

  7. Let's see. I have an old computer monitor I need to dispose of…where to put it? Just toss it in the back yard – problem solved.

  8. WOW! This is what YouTube yard transformations should be!! You went the extra mile to get rid of the junk that is unfortunately in so many of these yards! Other channels just walk around it! Hope your channel really takes off, GREAT JOB!!'

  9. I love all the cordless lawn tools these days! Brian, imagine trimming all those branches with a hand saw!๐Ÿ˜€You are my fave lawn show.

  10. Looks like the tree limbs were the least of the worries. The amount of sheer waste was ridiculous. Icing on the cake would have been to tarp the clippings and haul them away. Very nice cleanup. Smile guys you are done.

  11. Great job I offer you both a pat on the back and please be encouraged to keep on doing these transformations

  12. If you canโ€™t handle these trees you should not be doing yard work. I could do them and I am 70 years of.

  13. Sue Wolfe- It's good to see this kind of video, Brian. You're still helping folks out and that's what's important. Thanks for all you do. Btw I hope Steve is feeling better after that trip to the dump! Lol! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜‰โค๏ธ

  14. Lucky homeowners!! Transformed from a dirty overgrown dump to a clean, open usable backyard! You battled bugs, poison ivy, rats, huge tree limbs, crushing humidity and lots of filthy trash!! Your hard work and dedication is inspirational!!!

  15. What prompted the owner to clear up the yard? It had obviously been neglected for years. I would have been laughing (good-natured of course) too! Job well done ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ
