I just got this stunning alocasia yesterday at a local nursery. It was just labelled as alocasia nobilis. I've been on the hunt for a decently priced silver nobilis and I'm wondering if that's what this is, as it definitely has silver veining, but pictures online often look more silver (though maybe these are edited). Then I went down the rabbit hole of trying to figure out if all nobilis are silver nobilis or if there are regular nobilis vs silver nobilis and couldn't seem to find an answer to this.
If anyone has knowledge on this, please share! And in the meantime, please enjoy my new favorite plant 😊

Silver was something that was added as a marketing tactic. Different sellers try to give it a different name so it sounds more appealing.
