So I got this plant about a year ago after my aunt passed away. I'm not even sure on the plant type, just assumed it was a kind of lily. Unfortunately, I didn't do a good job watering it this summer and it lost all of its lower leaves. It does have a grow light next to it but it still reaches for the window. Is it possible to cut it and it'll regrow leaves from the bottom stem? Can you propagate the top part or once cut do I toss those?

You can do both.
I have a huge cutting from my DIL that is flourishing and she is ecstatic because hers is growing gangbusters!
