I provide an update of a wonderful pepper plant I am growing.
updated on another pepper plant I’m growing. Pepper right here is called Resa Macedonia Oronian. And it’s basically a drying pepper. And if you look here, it’s got all these striations on it. Um I kind of leave these on here till they get pretty much dry and then I’ll take them off and throw them in the dehydrator if I have to. As you can see, they get quite large. Now, I like to use these as crushed pepper in place of cayenne. These taste better. They’re a little bit hotter. This is just a really, really nice pepper. It’s actually it’s better than like the cayenne flakes and red pepper flakes, stuff like that that you get in the store. These ones way better. Resa Macedonian. I grow this pepper every year. I really really enjoy it. It’s really it’s pretty productive. Like I said, the peppers are big and you’ll get lots and lots of crushed pepper and stuff out of it.
