I'm finished with the exterior and need to put up shelving. I need to figure out what material to do this with. What do y'all think? Just use 1×6 fir with PT supports?
I used 2 by 4’s for support off the wall studs and skinny cedar fence pickets for the slats on top
ETA: my wall studs are only 16 inches apart, yours look to be much more, so freestanding tables may be your best option, but cedar pickets still work great as top boards

I went for epoxy shelving from webstaurant.com. More expensive than building your own, but very stable, uses the height of my space well, and isn’t attached to the walls.

I use closet shelving, light passes through

How heavy is that roof? Are those 2×4 or 2×2 walls every 24in?

You can use cinder blocks with pallets on top.
