Need advice on what to do (if anything)

Hello, everyone! Long-time lurker in this forum who needs some advice. This little guy started off as one plant a few years ago and has thrived on neglect. I've been through several rounds of flowering and splitting, and it has always gone well until recently.

Here are a few photos of the same cluster. I seem to have one that has flowered and died, one that is done flowering and seems fine, and another that has split and split and split again without flowering. What do I do? Leave it alone? Remove the seemingly dead one? Separate them all?
