Lol those are way closer to your plant than I have mine, I had to move mine back because they were too strong.

A few things:
Good instincts! Overkill.
You want the light as close to above the plant as you can manage. Not below it.
Maybe a 1 or 2 head Sansi would be plenty. I have 2 each on my barrel cactuses, for context. If you wanna measure, that nep needs about 150-250 PPFD. This is absolutely overkill on the lights, but that’s easier to fix than not having enough!
I would say find a way to get 2 of those above and maybe put something else that wants a ton of light next to it for the other two.

Won’t this make the plant grow sideways instead of up?
Happy to see more plant interrogations here. But I agree with others saying that you can probably go down to two Sansi bulbs and move them 12-18” above your nep.
